Winter!!!






It has finally snowed in the great state of Ohio. That means it finally feels like Christmas! YAY!
We did service this week! I LOVE SERVICE! Any opportunity we get to wear the yellow service shirt (or the nifty vest that I'm wearing in one of the pictures) I jump at! I love doing service! We first of all went to the food bank and it was so much fun! We labeled boxes and wrapped the stack of boxes in that clear plastic stuff.. I can't remember what it is called... We do it as a district once a week and I'M SO EXCITED TO GO AGAIN! We also helped a member clean her house. It was just really messy not really dirty so that was nice. It was actually kinda fun! We're gonna go back and do it again because we just barely dented the mess with the three hours we spent there. 

We've been able to contact a few potential investigators this week and hopefully we will be able to meet with them soon! Please pray that we will be able to meet with Austin! Thank you!

Yesterday it dumped snow all day long! It was really pretty! We do a Book of Mormon study at the church every Tuesday night with the district and the ward members and whoever wants to come, but it was really snowy and stuff so we had a snowball fight and played in the snow while we waited for people to show up (no one showed up due to the roads, but it was still fun!)

It's been a good week! Hope it has for you too!

Hey fam! This week went by crazy fast. Honestly, time just needs to slow down. I'm not quite ready to go home yet. Don't get me wrong. I'm excited to see all of you, but I'm really sad to be leaving. I'm trying to soak it all in while I can!  This week was a super one! We had exchanges and both Sister Bretz and her trainee, Sister Anderson, came to Roseville. It was so much fun! I was able to spend the whole day with Sister Anderson and she's awesome. I swear when I had been out for 3 weeks I said maybe like 3 words a day (okay maybe that's an exaggera tion). I was so nervous and it took me a super long time to get used to the missionary way, but Sister Anderson was bomb! She killed it the whole day! We studied the Plan of Salvation together. Wow. Loving the MTC and a Testimony

Dear Mom, Dad, Collin, Kenna, and Katy,  (letter written on Sunday, June 4th) Record Katy's setting apart! Then you can type it and send it to her. Sister Warren did that and I think it's a great idea. How is Katy? I honestly can't think about her leaving because it makes me wanna cry. I know that I had such a bad day (the second day only - every day has been better since) I'm worried about her. I know I shouldn't be and I'm trying not to, but it's hard not to! I've really learned to fully rely on the Lord. He has felt these exact same things we've felt. He will help us through them. We taught our first investigator (an MTC one) on Monday. I was terrified. We taught her the Restoration (which I have learned a lot about). Her name is Patty and she had a son that died. We shared with her some trials in our life and how we know God had helped us through. Best Exchange Ever

On an exchange with Sister Jenkins. The house of many children. It has been a really good week! Even though we kinda got dropped by Perry. That was sad, but we're trying to see what we can do.  We went on exchanges yesterday and IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! I was with Sister Jenkins again! It was her last exchange because she goes home and transfers are next week. It will be so sad to see her go. She was Sister Reddish's trainer so she is my grandma. She gave me an ugly floral shirt that she's worn throughout her mission and I feel so honored! But it was so fun to be with her. She is super great at talking to people and she is such a great example to me. We visited a lot of their less actives while I was there and we visited this one family who has 4 kids and then they take in their neighborhood kids - so so many kids were at their house while we were teaching about service!
