What up folks!?

This week has been really awesome! Or at least the past few days I can remember have been! I can't really remember what has happened but I'll give it a try!

We had a real good lesson with Leon and we brought Brother Nichols. Leon really opened up to us and said that he is closed off and so we're trying to open him up to get his answer. There is a baptism this Saturday in the New Castle Ward and we hopefully will be able to get him there. If he can't go to that one there are two baptisms next week. One is in New Castle and one in Youngstown! Things are happening in the district folks! It's so good!

We had an AWESOME lesson with Nikki yesterday! Brother Thibideau came and he was able to relate with Nikki so well. We planned on teaching the Word of Wisdom, but she had a bad day and it didn't feel right to any of us so we all felt like we should read the Book of Mormon with her and it was so good! She had said that when we got there she just felt better already and when we were reading she just kept saying how much better she was feeling. #theSpirit Brother Thibideau was so bold and it was awesome! He talked about... I can't remember but I know it was good and the Spirit was strong! Also she's been feeling sicky and he gave her a blessing and it was so cool! She said she felt the Spirit work through her! Ahh! I love missionary work!

Also we had such a good district meeting on Monday! Elder Sargent is our new district leader and our get to know you question was "why did you decide to serve and mission and how has that reason changed while being out here?" It just started the meeting so well. The Spirit was so strong and all the missionaries in my district are the bomb! There Elder Klinglesmith gave an awesome spiritual thought using scriptures in Alma. He talked about the Plan of Salvation and I am so grateful that families can be together forever! I love my family! Then we talked about faith and it was so good! Such a great district meeting!

Hey fam! This week went by crazy fast. Honestly, time just needs to slow down. I'm not quite ready to go home yet. Don't get me wrong. I'm excited to see all of you, but I'm really sad to be leaving. I'm trying to soak it all in while I can!  This week was a super one! We had exchanges and both Sister Bretz and her trainee, Sister Anderson, came to Roseville. It was so much fun! I was able to spend the whole day with Sister Anderson and she's awesome. I swear when I had been out for 3 weeks I said maybe like 3 words a day (okay maybe that's an exaggera tion). I was so nervous and it took me a super long time to get used to the missionary way, but Sister Anderson was bomb! She killed it the whole day! We studied the Plan of Salvation together. Wow. Loving the MTC and a Testimony

Dear Mom, Dad, Collin, Kenna, and Katy,  (letter written on Sunday, June 4th) Record Katy's setting apart! Then you can type it and send it to her. Sister Warren did that and I think it's a great idea. How is Katy? I honestly can't think about her leaving because it makes me wanna cry. I know that I had such a bad day (the second day only - every day has been better since) I'm worried about her. I know I shouldn't be and I'm trying not to, but it's hard not to! I've really learned to fully rely on the Lord. He has felt these exact same things we've felt. He will help us through them. We taught our first investigator (an MTC one) on Monday. I was terrified. We taught her the Restoration (which I have learned a lot about). Her name is Patty and she had a son that died. We shared with her some trials in our life and how we know God had helped us through. Best Exchange Ever

On an exchange with Sister Jenkins. The house of many children. It has been a really good week! Even though we kinda got dropped by Perry. That was sad, but we're trying to see what we can do.  We went on exchanges yesterday and IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! I was with Sister Jenkins again! It was her last exchange because she goes home and transfers are next week. It will be so sad to see her go. She was Sister Reddish's trainer so she is my grandma. She gave me an ugly floral shirt that she's worn throughout her mission and I feel so honored! But it was so fun to be with her. She is super great at talking to people and she is such a great example to me. We visited a lot of their less actives while I was there and we visited this one family who has 4 kids and then they take in their neighborhood kids - so so many kids were at their house while we were teaching about service!
