New Things!

Hello!
Transfer news! Sister Bullock is going home. She has worked hard and finished her mission with honor (so has Sister Winsor and Sister Archibald! I love them!). My new companion is Sister Chance. She has been serving as an STL in Warren for 4 transfers. That will be exciting for her to come here! I'm very excited! 

This week has been great! One great thing that happened was I got to go on exchanges with Sister Gutierrez. She is the bomb! I love her so much! I am so glad we were able to go on two exchanges together. She's gonna be in a different mission than me so I'm grateful we were able to spend time together. She's a friend for life! 

A major highlight was Dan went to a baptism this week! The Toledo sisters had a baptism and it was wonderful. Ted was baptized and the Spirit was just so strong! I'm so grateful we were able to go. I love baptisms! Dan really enjoyed it. He liked the way it was organized and he said it felt powerful. He said he's very excited for when he gets baptized! yaya!!

We went tracting yesterday with Angelina and we knocked on a door (the last door Sister Bullock will tract into) and we met Dan. He is an old man who let us right in! It's a miracle Angelina was with us so we could go inside because it was roughly like 97 degrees outside (not exaggerating)! We asked Dan if he'd ever met with missionaries before and he said he used to be a Mormon. He was a member in Michigan. We told Dan there was a church here and gave him a Book of Mormon and the address to the church! We're gonna go read with him later this week. It was really cool! It was pretty funny! He told us he makes necklaces and he gave us all one. haha! 
I'm excited to see what the next transfer brings. It should be great. Bowling Green is the best area! I love it here so much! I'm excited to see what Sister Chance and I will accomplish! Great things to come!

Hey fam! This week went by crazy fast. Honestly, time just needs to slow down. I'm not quite ready to go home yet. Don't get me wrong. I'm excited to see all of you, but I'm really sad to be leaving. I'm trying to soak it all in while I can!  This week was a super one! We had exchanges and both Sister Bretz and her trainee, Sister Anderson, came to Roseville. It was so much fun! I was able to spend the whole day with Sister Anderson and she's awesome. I swear when I had been out for 3 weeks I said maybe like 3 words a day (okay maybe that's an exaggera tion). I was so nervous and it took me a super long time to get used to the missionary way, but Sister Anderson was bomb! She killed it the whole day! We studied the Plan of Salvation together. Wow. Loving the MTC and a Testimony

Dear Mom, Dad, Collin, Kenna, and Katy,  (letter written on Sunday, June 4th) Record Katy's setting apart! Then you can type it and send it to her. Sister Warren did that and I think it's a great idea. How is Katy? I honestly can't think about her leaving because it makes me wanna cry. I know that I had such a bad day (the second day only - every day has been better since) I'm worried about her. I know I shouldn't be and I'm trying not to, but it's hard not to! I've really learned to fully rely on the Lord. He has felt these exact same things we've felt. He will help us through them. We taught our first investigator (an MTC one) on Monday. I was terrified. We taught her the Restoration (which I have learned a lot about). Her name is Patty and she had a son that died. We shared with her some trials in our life and how we know God had helped us through. Best Exchange Ever

On an exchange with Sister Jenkins. The house of many children. It has been a really good week! Even though we kinda got dropped by Perry. That was sad, but we're trying to see what we can do.  We went on exchanges yesterday and IT WAS SO MUCH FUN! I was with Sister Jenkins again! It was her last exchange because she goes home and transfers are next week. It will be so sad to see her go. She was Sister Reddish's trainer so she is my grandma. She gave me an ugly floral shirt that she's worn throughout her mission and I feel so honored! But it was so fun to be with her. She is super great at talking to people and she is such a great example to me. We visited a lot of their less actives while I was there and we visited this one family who has 4 kids and then they take in their neighborhood kids - so so many kids were at their house while we were teaching about service!
